In adoption fee for our rescue dogs

When you adopt a rescue dog from Pawsitive Impact Network, you’re not just getting a new best friend—you’re getting a dog who’s been fully vetted, vaccinated, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and treated for any medical issues they had when they came to us (including heartworm, if needed). Plus, we send every dog off with a little starter kit of love—often including a collar, leash, and whatever favorite toy or blanket they’ve grown attached to in our care. Most importantly, we’re always here if you need support after adoption. We’re not just rescuing dogs—we’re building a community that has their backs, and yours too.

Our adoption fee is dynamic and ranges from $100 to $500, depending on the dog. Puppies are typically on the higher end because of their high demand and the extra care they require, while senior dogs are on the lower end to help them find loving homes faster. We also take into account each dog’s overall adoptability—some dogs may need extra time, training, or medical care, and your fee helps offset those costs so we can keep rescuing dogs who need us most. Every dollar goes right back into saving lives, and we’re so grateful for your support in giving these dogs a second chance.

Pawsitive Impact Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal welfare organization, which means your adoption fee is considered a charitable donation under IRS code. Not only are you giving a rescue dog a loving home, but you may also be eligible for a tax deduction—win-win! Of course, everyone’s situation is different, so we recommend checking with your tax advisor to confirm what applies to you.
