Yes, we do have a few adoption requirements—because we want the best for our dogs and their future families. Adopters must be at least 21 years old, willing to provide a safe, loving, and stable home, and ready to commit to a dog for life. We require an application, a quick chat or home check (virtual or in-person), and a small adoption fee that helps cover the cost of vet care and supplies. Our goal isn't to make it hard—it's to make sure it's a great fit for everyone involved, especially the dog.

Absolutely, yes—our rescue dogs are healthy and ready for adoption! Before any dog is made available, they receive a full veterinary checkup, vaccinations, deworming, heartworm testing and treatment if needed, and they’re spayed or neutered. We make sure they’re on preventatives and monitored closely while in our care, whether they're in boarding or foster homes. If a dog has ongoing medical needs, we’ll be upfront and transparent so you know exactly what to expect. We believe every dog deserves a shot at a happy, healthy life—and we go the extra mile to make sure they’re feeling their best before they meet their forever family.
